Privacy Policy
Effective July 15, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Opusmoor(“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information in connection with this website (the “Site”). We aim to collect as little information as possible.
Information we collect
The Site itself does not collect personal information. We do not run contact forms, lead-capture forms, newsletters, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, or embedded chat, and we do not set any cookies.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical data when the Site is accessed, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to serve the Site, maintain security, and prevent abuse. These logs are handled by our provider and are retained only for a short period.
Email you send us. The Site offers an email link. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, your name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We use this solely to read and respond to your enquiry.
Why we process this information
Where data protection law such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and in responding to enquiries you initiate. We do not use your information for advertising or automated decision-making.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, principally our hosting provider, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country. Where such transfers occur, they are carried out under appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Retention
Server logs are retained by our provider for a limited period. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, and then deleted or archived in line with our internal practices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
